Account Deletion & Data Policy

At Deals, we value your privacy and give you full control over your personal data. Below are the detailed terms regarding how account deletion is handled within our platform:

1. How to Request Account Deletion

You can request to delete your account directly through the application settings by navigating to Settings > Account > Delete Account, or by contacting our support team via email at info@dealskion.com.

2. Immediate Data Removal

Once your account deletion request is processed, the following data is permanently erased from our active databases:

• Personal profile information (Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Profile Picture).
• All active and archived product listings, descriptions, and uploaded media.
• In-app interaction logs, preferences, and saved saved items.

3. Strict No-Targeting Policy

We explicitly guarantee that we do not retain, process, or use any of your personal data for advertising, remarketing, or behavioral targeting purposes after your account is deleted.

4. Temporary Legal Retention Exceptions

In certain limited circumstances, specific transaction records or technical logs may be securely archived for a limited duration solely to comply with applicable legal obligations, tax laws, or law enforcement requirements. These archived records are strictly inaccessible for commercial or operational purposes.

5. Non-Reversibility

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. If you wish to use the app again in the future, you will need to register a brand-new account.
