Fees and Subscription Payment Terms

The user agrees to pay all applicable fees and commissions in accordance with the payment methods and collection procedures available within the application. Such fees shall become due immediately upon the successful completion of a transaction, unless otherwise stated.

Deals Kion reserves the right to modify the commission rate, change the fee collection process, or introduce fees for optional services in the future. Users will be notified before any such changes take effect. Continued use of the application after the effective date of the changes shall constitute the user's express acceptance of the updated terms.

If the user fails to pay any applicable fees or commissions, Deals Kion reserves the right to take appropriate action, including the temporary or permanent suspension or restriction of the user's account until all outstanding financial obligations have been settled, without prejudice to any other legal rights available under applicable law.
