Where a completed transaction is subject to a platform commission, the user agrees to pay the applicable commission according to the mechanism and conditions displayed when the listing is published. The current commission is 1% of the sale value unless subsequently changed in accordance with the applicable terms.

Permitted Content:

• Lawful products and services legitimately available for sale or offer.
• Clear and authentic images directly related to the listed product or service.
• Accurate and non-misleading descriptions and information.

Prohibited Content:

• Products or services prohibited under applicable law.
• Fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or offensive content.
• Content that infringes intellectual property rights or the rights of others.
• Any content that violates applicable law or DealsKion policies.

A listing remains available in accordance with the duration and policies established by the platform, or until it is removed or deactivated by the advertiser.

18. Stories & Reels

Stories and other temporary content are displayed for a limited period. Stories disappear from public view 24 hours after publication according to the platform's functionality.

Associated data and media are handled in accordance with DealsKion's applicable retention and deletion policies.
