Goods and Services That Are Not Allowed

Only lawful goods and services may be listed, in accordance with Deals Kion policies and applicable law.

• Products or services prohibited by law.
• Goods or services offered unlawfully.
• Content infringing intellectual property or other people’s rights.

Prohibited Listings and Content

Examples of unacceptable content under existing policies include:

• Fraudulent or misleading listings.
• Abusive content or content violating the law or platform policies.
• Inaccurate descriptions or images that are not authentic or directly related to the offered item or service.

Handling Violations

Depending on the violation, Deals Kion may remove or hide a listing, restrict account features, suspend an account, or close it in serious or repeated cases.
