Role of the Platform

Deals Kion is a multi-vendor platform for publishing and searching product and service listings and communicating directly between users. It acts as a technical intermediary, not a party to any sale, purchase, payment, or financial agreement between users.

Accounts and Use

Users must provide accurate, current information, protect their login credentials, and respect applicable laws and other users’ rights. Applicable age requirements and parental or guardian consent requirements must be met.

Listings and Responsibilities

Listings must be lawful and include accurate descriptions and genuine, non-misleading images. Publishers are responsible for their content; the parties to a transaction are responsible for verifying and completing it.

Commissions and Violations

Where a completed transaction is subject to the platform commission, the current rate is 1% of the sale value, under the mechanism displayed when the listing is published, unless amended in accordance with the applicable terms. Measures for violations may include removing content or restricting, suspending, or closing accounts in accordance with platform policies.
